1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Virtual Currency Definitions

Virtual Coins: Currency used exclusively in Mictlan for entertainment purposes only. Virtual coins have NO real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.

No Financial Value: Virtual coins represent game credits only and have no intrinsic monetary value outside the platform. Any value displayed is for entertainment purposes only.

5. No Real Money Gambling

PlayVault explicitly prohibits and does not offer:

• Real money wagering on games
• Financial deposits or withdrawals
• Real money prizes or monetary winnings
• Exchange of virtual coins for real money or value
• Credit or loan facilities for gaming

Users cannot win, gain, or profit financially from any PlayVault activity. Success in games does not imply real money gambling success.

6. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of account information
• All activities conducted through their account
• Providing accurate personal information
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

9.1 Optional Purchases & Clarification

If virtual coin packages are available for optional purchase, users understand and acknowledge that: (a) Such purchases are entirely voluntary and not required; (b) Purchased coins have no real monetary value; (c) Purchased coins cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, services, or anything of real value; (d) Mictlan remains fully accessible and enjoyable using free coins provided by PlayVault.

10. Limitation of Liability

PlayVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PlayVault entertainment and virtual currency have entertainment value only. We are not liable for:

• Loss of virtual coins or game progress
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party conduct or user interactions

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided without warranties. PlayVault disclaims all express or implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved under Canadian law.

13. Compliance with Regulations

PlayVault operates in compliance with Canadian regulations applicable to social entertainment platforms. This platform does not operate under gambling licenses as it does not involve real money wagering.
